Show Notes

This week, Susie and Sarah are getting sporty. We discuss Sarah’s passion for sports, and why Susie gets a sitter’s high instead. We talk about David Epstein’s book, “The Sports Gene,” and why he says if you were a slow kid, you’ll be a slow adult. We also discuss why American kids tend to all play the same sports, and how some of us probably never tapped into our potential because we didn’t get the chance to try more obscure athletic endeavors like fencing, swimming, and figure skating.
