You might think because this episode is about sleep that it would be a real snoozefest (get it???), but sleep is a fascinating phenomenon. We spend 1/3 of our life doing it, but we know very little about it and why it’s so essential. We discuss our sleeping patterns, end-of-life dreams, and Sarah’s weird habit of sleep eating. Let’s just say she once woke up with a half-eaten piece of bread resting on her stomach.
